Welcome to Zaya – a peer-to-peer marketplace where you can buy, sell, and re-love beautiful South Asian outfits.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. Who We Are Zaya is a platform that connects individuals who want to sell or buy pre-loved South Asian clothing. We do not own or sell the items listed — we simply provide the space to connect buyers and sellers.

  2. Eligibility To use Zaya, you must:

Be at least 18 years old Provide accurate information when creating an account Follow all local laws related to buying/selling clothing

  1. Your Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree not to impersonate others or use false information. You must not use Zaya for any illegal or harmful activity.

  2. Listings & Content Sellers must describe their items honestly and include clear photos. No counterfeit or prohibited items are allowed. Zaya reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms.

  3. Buying & Selling Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on the terms of sale (price, shipping, etc.). Once a purchase is made, the seller is expected to ship the item promptly. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

  4. Fees Zaya may charge a service fee or commission for each transaction (clearly displayed at checkout). Stripe transaction fees apply to all payments.

  5. Refunds & Disputes Zaya is not responsible for returns or refunds. Buyers and sellers should communicate directly. If there’s a serious issue, you can contact us at Zaya.UK@outlook.com for support.

  6. Privacy We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

  7. Intellectual Property All content on Zaya (logos, text, images) is protected. You may not use our branding or copy our platform without permission.

  8. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or act in bad faith.

  9. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zaya means you accept the updated terms.
