🛍️ Buying on Zaya

How do I buy a product?
As easy as clicking on the item you love, hitting ‘Buy Now’, and following the prompts. The seller will then confirm and ship the item to you directly.

Can I ask the seller questions before purchasing?
Of course! Each listing has a message option so you can clarify size, condition, or anything else before committing.

What if the item doesn’t fit?
We don’t offer refunds if the outfit doesn’t fit, but we do issue refunds if the item is significantly different from the photos or never arrives.

What if I receive an item that isn’t as described?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll pause the payment to the seller and step in to resolve the issue. Your protection is our priority.

💼 Selling on Zaya

Who can sell on Zaya?
Anyone with South Asian clothing in good condition!

Do the items have to be new?
Nope! We welcome both pre-loved and brand-new items, as long as they meet our quality guidelines.

What fees does Zaya take?
Zaya takes a small commission per sale to help keep the platform running. The exact fee will be shown when you list your item.

How do I get paid?
Once the buyer confirms the item has arrived as described, payment is released to your chosen payout method. If a concern is raised, we’ll pause payment and investigate.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Who handles shipping?
Sellers are responsible for packing and sending items.

Does the seller need to use tracked shipping?
Yes. All items must be sent via tracked delivery. This protects both buyer and seller and allows us to assist if anything goes wrong.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Returns are allowed if the item was misrepresented (e.g. wrong size, damaged). For sizing issues or change of mind, it’s up to the seller to decide.

How do I request a refund?
Reach out to us through the platform within 48 hours of delivery if something isn’t right. We’ve got your back!

Is Zaya safe to use?
Yes! We use secure payment systems. Sellers only receive payment once the buyer marks the item as received or the tracking confirms delivery.

What items aren’t allowed?
No counterfeit, stained, or damaged products—and nothing that promotes hate or harm. Zaya is a safe and respectful space for all.
